P/GoTh:
quote Look to the living One as long as you live. Otherwise, when you die and they try to see the living One, you will be unable to see. unquote
Form: Just trivial changes.
Content: "Its only purpose is to provide a way in which some people will be able to find their own Internal Teacher." This is what the Course says about itself in the introduction, and clearly throughout the book a central focus remains on having us develop a solid relationship with Jesus. And we may also note that this statements per se also is absolutely opposite to what Christian theology teaches, by putting the second coming off into the future and making it into an event in the world, which (but of course) never comes, that's the ego's favorite song: "Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow." And thus Jesus can safely be postponed, while we continue the ego's racket.
The present statement could not be clearer that the very purpose of putting it off, is to ensure we shut ourselves out, that is the essence of the ego's choice for the separation. No wonder the nascent church could not get along with the Thomas gospel.
