P/GoTh:
quote A grapevine has been planted outside of the Father, but since it is not strong, it will be pulled up by its roots ans shall pass away. unquote
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Form: Omission of the "Jesus said," lead in, and somewhat smoother wording. Nothing substantial.
Content: This is an evident paralell to the Course statement that the ego thought system of separation (vine planted outside the father) is not viable, because it is based on an "insane premise."
Quote 3 The authority problem is still the only source of conflict, because the ego was made out of the wish of God's Son to father Him. 4 The ego, then, is nothing more than a delusional system in which you made your own father. 5 Make no mistake about this. 6 It sounds insane when it is stated with perfect honesty, but the ego never looks on what it does with perfect honesty. 7 Yet that is its insane premise, which is carefully hidden in the dark cornerstone of its thought system. 8 And either the ego, which you made, <is> your father, or its whole thought system will not stand. Unquote (ACIM:T-11.in.2:3-7)
In her comments on p. 149 of DU Pursah in connection to this statement and Logion 56 as well, emphasizes the notion that the nature of this world is that is is a dream world, and not real.
