Form: Apart from some minor edits, the most notable change is the fact that Pursah eliminates the introductory sentence, the question from the followers as apparently a later editorial adulteration, and the net effect of that change is that the statement now sounds like it is addressed to the reader, and is that much more direct.
Content: Jesus is hardly advocating nudism here. Rather, much in the spirit of Logion 37, this addresses the ego's need for obfuscation, and in the spirit of the Course's "Defenses do what they would defend." (ACIM:T-17.IV.7:1) it points out the equivalent of "In my defenselessness my safety lies," (ACIM:W-153:passim).
